These Buyer Guidelines explain how buying works on Nustall.com (“Nustall,” “the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an online discovery platform intended for use by Vendors and Customers located in India that helps buyers (“you,” “Customer,” or “Buyer”) find and discover independent third-party sellers (“Vendors,” “Sellers,” or “Merchants”). Please read this guide before contacting or purchasing from any Vendor, so you understand what Nustall does, what it does not do, and what to expect when you deal with a Vendor directly.
1. What Nustall.com Is (and Isn’t)
Nustall.com is a place for independent Vendors to host a shop and showcase their items, and for Buyers to browse and discover those shops. Nustall.com is not an online store, is not a marketplace checkout, and does not itself sell any product. Nustall does not manufacture, own, warehouse, inspect, or verify any item listed by a Vendor. Each Vendor is an independent business that Nustall has not vetted or endorsed beyond what is stated in these Guidelines.
2. How Buying Works on Nustall.com
Buying on Nustall.com generally works as follows:
- You browse Vendor shops and product listings on Nustall.com;
- If you’re interested in an item, you contact the Vendor directly, such as through messaging;
- You and the Vendor discuss the item, price, availability, and any other details directly with each other;
- You and the Vendor independently agree on and complete payment, entirely outside of Nustall.com;
- The Vendor is responsible for packaging and shipping the item to you, or otherwise fulfilling the order as agreed between you.
Nustall.com is not a party to this transaction at any point after helping you discover the Vendor. Nustall does not review, approve, or facilitate the agreement you reach with a Vendor.
3. Nustall Is Not Responsible for Vendors
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nustall.com, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for:
- The quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of any product listed by a Vendor;
- The accuracy of a Vendor’s product descriptions, images, or pricing;
- A Vendor’s identity, conduct, communication, or business practices;
- Any payment you make to a Vendor, including fraud, non-payment, overpayment, or payment disputes of any kind;
- Shipping, delivery, delay, loss, or damage of any order, which is the Vendor’s responsibility as described in Nustall’s Shipping Policy;
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges, which are the Vendor’s responsibility as described in Nustall’s Return & Refund Policy;
- Any dispute, disagreement, or loss arising between you and a Vendor.
Nustall.com does not guarantee that any Vendor will honor an agreement, deliver an item, or respond to your messages. You deal with Vendors at your own discretion and risk.
4. Payments Are Handled Directly Between You and the Vendor
Nustall.com does not process, collect, hold, or guarantee any payment. Nustall has no visibility into, and no control over, any payment arrangement you make with a Vendor, and does not offer buyer protection, escrow, or refund guarantees of any kind. If you send payment to a Vendor and the Vendor does not deliver as agreed, that is a dispute between you and the Vendor, not Nustall.
5. Safety Tips Before You Buy
Because payment and delivery happen directly between you and the Vendor, please use ordinary caution, as you would with any independent seller:
- Review the Vendor’s shop, listings, and any available ratings or reviews before contacting them;
- Ask the Vendor clear questions about the item, pricing, and delivery before paying;
- Never share One-Time Passwords (OTPs), UPI PINs, banking passwords, or card details with a Vendor or anyone claiming to represent Nustall — Nustall will never ask you for these;
- Be cautious of deals that seem unusually cheap, requests for unusual payment methods, or pressure to pay quickly;
- Prefer traceable payment methods and keep a record of your communication and payment with the Vendor;
- Confirm shipping details and, where offered, ask for tracking information once an item is shipped.
6. If Something Goes Wrong With an Order
If you experience an issue with a purchase — such as a delayed, missing, damaged, or misrepresented item, or a return or refund request — you should raise it directly with the Vendor first, as the Vendor is solely responsible for resolving these issues. If you cannot reach a resolution with the Vendor, you may have recourse through the consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including the relevant District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Helpline.
7. Reporting a Vendor or Suspicious Activity
If you believe a Vendor is engaging in fraud, listing counterfeit or illegal goods, or otherwise violating Nustall’s policies, please report it to Nustall support. Reporting a Vendor helps Nustall enforce its policies and may result in a warning or termination of the Vendor’s account under Nustall’s Vendor Terms, but Nustall’s review of a report is separate from, and does not replace, resolving your own purchase directly with the Vendor or through applicable consumer protection channels.
8. Related Policies
These Buyer Guidelines should be read together with Nustall’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which contains further detail on the topics summarized here. In the event of any conflict between these Guidelines and those policies, the more specific policy controls.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
Nustall reserves the right to update or modify these Buyer Guidelines at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Nustall.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
