1. About Nustall. Nustall is a discovery platform. We showcase your products to shoppers and connect you through inquiries; all sales, payments, and fulfilment happen directly between you and the buyer, outside the platform.
2. Your listings. You confirm that everything you list is your own work or something you have the right to sell, that photos and descriptions are accurate, and that your items comply with applicable laws. Counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading listings are removed without notice.
3. Your content. You keep ownership of your photos and text, and grant Nustall a licence to display them on the platform and in promotional placements (e.g. the homepage).
4. Conduct. Respond to buyer inquiries honestly and respectfully. Spam, harassment, or attempts to defraud shoppers result in account termination.
5. Account & termination. We may suspend or remove stores that violate these terms. You can close your store at any time by contacting support@nustall.com.
6. Liability. Nustall does not mediate transactions and is not a party to any sale. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use of your store after changes means you accept them.
