Terms & Conditions
The core rules for using Nustall.com as a buyer or vendor, including the vendor content license.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Nustall.com ("Nustall," "the Website," "we," "us," or "our"), an online discovery platform intended for use by Vendors and Customers located in India that helps buyers find and discover independent third-party sellers ("Vendors," "Sellers," or "Merchants"). By accessing or using Nustall.com, creating an account, or registering as a Vendor, you ("you," "user," "Customer," or "Vendor" as applicable) agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Nustall.com.
By registering as a Vendor or submitting content to Nustall.com, you grant Nustall a license to use your product images, descriptions, store name, logo, and related content for advertising and promotion of Nustall.com across online and offline channels, without prior notice to you. See Section 7 below for full details.1. Nustall.com Is a Discovery Platform
Nustall.com provides an online platform that allows independent Vendors to list, advertise, and sell their own products, and allows Customers to search for, browse, and discover those Vendors and products. Nustall.com does not manufacture, own, warehouse, or sell any products listed on the platform. Each Vendor is an independent business, and Nustall is not a party to any transaction between a Vendor and a Customer except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Nustall's Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy govern shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds, and are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between those policies and these Terms on those specific topics, the more specific policy controls.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
To use Nustall.com, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or a Vendor storefront and to keep that information up to date.
3. Vendor Accounts and Listings
Each Vendor registering on Nustall.com agrees that:
- The Vendor is an independent business, and nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Nustall;
- The Vendor is solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images;
- The Vendor holds all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to sell the products listed, and that such products are lawful to sell in India;
- The Vendor is solely responsible for shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer service in connection with their own products, as further described in the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy;
- The Vendor will comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (where applicable), and applicable tax and GST obligations.
4. Customer Conduct and Purchases
Customers agree to use Nustall.com only to browse and discover Vendors and products for lawful purposes. Any purchase made in connection with a Vendor discovered through Nustall.com is a transaction between the Customer and that Vendor. Nustall.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or description accuracy of any product listed by a Vendor, except to the extent required by applicable Indian law.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users of Nustall.com agree not to:
- List, sell, or promote counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited goods;
- Misrepresent the identity, affiliation, or credentials of a Vendor or Customer;
- Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Nustall.com, including through malware, scraping, or unauthorized automated access;
- Use Nustall.com to violate any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.
6. Platform Intellectual Property
The Nustall.com name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of Nustall and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Nustall's platform or branding without prior written permission.
7. License to Use Vendor Content for Advertising and Promotion
When a Vendor creates a storefront or lists products on Nustall.com, the Vendor submits certain content, which may include product photographs, product descriptions, store names, logos, brand marks, taglines, and other promotional or identifying materials (collectively, "Vendor Content").
By submitting Vendor Content to Nustall.com, each Vendor grants Nustall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and adapt Vendor Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, advertising, and promoting Nustall.com, its Vendors, and the products listed on the platform. This license expressly extends to both online and offline advertising and promotional channels, including without limitation:
- On-site placements, such as homepage features, banners, and category pages;
- Email newsletters and digital marketing campaigns;
- Paid and organic social media advertising and posts;
- Search engine marketing and third-party digital advertising placements;
- Print advertising, brochures, catalogs, and promotional flyers;
- Outdoor and out-of-home advertising, including hoardings, billboards, and transit advertising;
- Physical promotional events, trade shows, pop-up displays, and packaging insert materials;
- Television, radio, or other broadcast or offline media promoting Nustall.com.
This license may be exercised by Nustall without prior notice to the Vendor. Nustall is not obligated to notify a Vendor in advance of, or to obtain additional approval for, each specific instance in which Vendor Content is used for these purposes, whether online or offline. Vendors retain ownership of their Vendor Content; this Section describes a license granted to Nustall, not a transfer or assignment of ownership.
This license survives for as long as the Vendor Content remains associated with an active or archived listing on Nustall.com, and Nustall may continue to use previously published promotional materials containing Vendor Content even after a Vendor's account is closed, to the extent already produced, printed, scheduled, or distributed prior to closure.
Vendors who do not wish to grant this license should not submit content to, or register a storefront on, Nustall.com, as acceptance of these Terms constitutes agreement to this license as a condition of listing products on the platform.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content to Nustall.com, you grant Nustall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting Nustall.com. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nustall.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law. Nustall does not warrant that Nustall.com will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any product listed by a Vendor will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nustall, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Nustall.com, any Vendor's products, or any transaction between a Vendor and a Customer, including but not limited to shipping issues, product defects, and return or refund disputes, each of which is separately addressed in Nustall's Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nustall, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Nustall.com, your Vendor listings or Vendor Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Termination
Nustall may suspend or terminate your access to Nustall.com at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that Nustall determines, in its reasonable discretion, is harmful to other users, Vendors, or Nustall.com itself. You may close your account at any time by contacting Nustall support.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (including the District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the National Consumer Helpline), any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Nustall.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
Nustall reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nustall.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vendor Terms
Additional terms for anyone hosting a shop: listings, compliance, performance standards, and account termination.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Vendor Terms ("Vendor Terms") govern the relationship between Nustall.com ("Nustall," "the Website," "we," "us," or "our"), an online discovery platform intended for use by Vendors and Customers located in India, and any individual or business that registers a storefront or lists products on Nustall.com ("Vendor," "you," or "your"). These Vendor Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, Nustall's general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. By registering as a Vendor on Nustall.com, you agree to be bound by these Vendor Terms in addition to those other policies. In the event of a conflict between these Vendor Terms and the general Terms & Conditions on a topic specific to Vendors, these Vendor Terms control.
Key points: Vendors are solely responsible for shipping and for returns/refunds on their own orders. Accounts that accumulate excessive Customer complaints may be terminated. Before termination on that basis, Nustall will send the Vendor a final notice giving the Vendor an opportunity to appeal.1. Independent Business Relationship
To host a shop on Nustall.com, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are an independent business. Nothing in these Vendor Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Nustall. You are solely responsible for your own business operations, including sourcing, pricing, taxation, and compliance with applicable law. Nustall does not control, and is not responsible for, how you operate your business.
2. Product Listings and Compliance
As a Vendor, you agree that:
- All product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing you submit must be accurate, complete, and not misleading;
- You hold all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to sell the products you list, and that such products are lawful to sell in India;
- You will comply with all applicable Indian laws relating to your products, including the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (where applicable), labeling and MRP requirements, safety standards, and GST and other tax obligations;
- You will not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or illegal goods, or goods that infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
- You will promptly update or remove listings that are out of stock, discontinued, or no longer accurate.
3. Shipping Responsibility
You are solely and fully responsible for the shipping and delivery of every order placed with you, including packaging, choice of carrier, shipping costs, delivery timeframes, tracking, and resolution of any shipping-related issue such as delay, loss, or damage. Nustall.com does not ship, store, or handle any product on your behalf. This responsibility is further detailed in Nustall's Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Vendor Terms. Nustall is not responsible or liable for any shipping issue arising from your orders.
4. Returns and Refunds Responsibility
You are solely and fully responsible for accepting, processing, and resolving returns, exchanges, and refunds for your own products, in accordance with your own published return and refund terms and applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. This responsibility is further detailed in Nustall's Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Vendor Terms. Nustall does not process, approve, or issue refunds on your behalf and is not responsible or liable for any return or refund dispute arising from your orders.
5. No Commission; Payments Are Between You and the Customer
Nustall.com does not currently charge Vendors any listing fee, subscription fee, referral fee, or commission, and Nustall does not process, collect, hold, or facilitate any payment between a Vendor and a Customer. Nustall.com functions as a discovery platform: Vendors host a shop and showcase items, and interested Customers contact the Vendor directly to inquire about or purchase an item. Any pricing, payment method, and payment arrangement is negotiated and settled directly between you and the Customer, entirely outside of Nustall.com. You are solely responsible for issuing valid invoices, collecting and remitting any applicable GST or other taxes that apply to your business, and maintaining accurate financial records for your sales, in each case if and as required by applicable Indian law.
If Nustall introduces any fee, commission, or paid platform feature in the future, this section will be updated in advance, and continued use of Nustall.com as a Vendor after such an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. License to Use Vendor Content for Advertising and Promotion
By submitting product photographs, descriptions, store names, logos, or other promotional materials ("Vendor Content") to Nustall.com, you grant Nustall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and adapt your Vendor Content to operate, market, advertise, and promote Nustall.com, its Vendors, and the products listed on the platform, across both online and offline channels, without prior notice to you. The complete terms of this license, including the full list of covered channels, are set out in Section 7 of Nustall's Terms & Conditions, which is incorporated into these Vendor Terms. You retain ownership of your Vendor Content; this is a license, not a transfer of ownership.
7. Vendor Conduct and Prohibited Activities
As a Vendor, you agree not to:
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, or Customer feedback, including through fake reviews or incentivized positive reviews without disclosure;
- Misrepresent your identity, business credentials, or affiliation with Nustall;
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair trade practices;
- Use Customer data obtained through Nustall.com for any purpose other than fulfilling that Customer's order, unless the Customer has separately consented.
8. Performance Standards and Complaint Monitoring
Nustall may monitor Vendor performance based on factors that may include Customer complaints, late or non-delivery rates, order cancellation rates, return and refund disputes, and reports of counterfeit, defective, or misrepresented products. Vendors are expected to maintain a reasonable standard of service consistent with these Vendor Terms and applicable law.
9. Warning, Final Notice, and Account Termination
If Nustall determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Vendor has received a significant volume of Customer complaints, or exhibits a pattern of complaints relating to shipping, product quality, returns, refunds, or other Vendor obligations under these Vendor Terms, Nustall will generally follow the process below before terminating the Vendor's account on that basis:
- Step 1 — Warning. Nustall will notify the Vendor of the complaints or issues identified and request that the Vendor address the underlying cause within a reasonable period.
- Step 2 — Final Notice. If the issues continue or are not resolved, Nustall will send the Vendor a final notice, explaining that the account is at risk of termination and giving the Vendor an opportunity to respond and appeal before any termination decision is made.
- Step 3 — Vendor Appeal. The Vendor may respond to the final notice with an explanation, supporting evidence, or a corrective action plan. Nustall will review the appeal in good faith before making a final decision.
- Step 4 — Termination. If Nustall determines, after considering any appeal, that the issues remain unresolved or that termination is otherwise warranted, Nustall may suspend or terminate the Vendor's account and remove the Vendor's listings from Nustall.com.
Notwithstanding the process above, Nustall reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a Vendor's account without prior warning or final notice in cases involving illegal goods, fraud, counterfeit products, a serious violation of applicable law, or conduct that poses an immediate risk to Customers or to Nustall.com. The standard warning and final notice process described above applies to complaint-pattern and performance-based terminations, not to these immediate-risk situations.
10. Effect of Suspension or Termination
Upon suspension or termination, the Vendor's listings will be removed or hidden from Nustall.com, and the Vendor may not create a new account without Nustall's written consent. Termination does not relieve the Vendor of any obligation to fulfill, ship, or resolve returns and refunds for orders placed prior to termination, or of any indemnification or payment obligation that accrued before termination. The Vendor Content license described in Section 6 survives termination to the extent that promotional materials containing Vendor Content have already been produced, printed, scheduled, or distributed prior to the termination date.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nustall, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your products, your listings, your shipping or fulfillment practices, your returns and refunds practices, your Vendor Content, or your breach of these Vendor Terms or applicable law.
12. Confidentiality and Customer Data
Any Customer information you receive through Nustall.com (such as name, shipping address, or contact details) may only be used to fulfill that Customer's order and for legitimate related purposes, such as customer service. You agree to handle such information securely, in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and not to use it for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the order.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Vendor Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India, as further described in Nustall's Terms & Conditions.
14. Changes to These Vendor Terms
Nustall reserves the right to update or modify these Vendor Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Vendors, and changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nustall.com as a Vendor after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Vendor Terms.
15. Contact Us

Buyer Guidelines
How buying works on a discovery platform, safety tips, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Buyer Guidelines explain how buying works on Nustall.com ("Nustall," "the Website," "we," "us," or "our"), an online discovery platform intended for use by Vendors and Customers located in India that helps buyers ("you," "Customer," or "Buyer") find and discover independent third-party sellers ("Vendors," "Sellers," or "Merchants"). Please read this guide before contacting or purchasing from any Vendor, so you understand what Nustall does, what it does not do, and what to expect when you deal with a Vendor directly.
Nustall.com is a discovery platform only. Nustall does not sell, own, inspect, verify, ship, or guarantee any product listed by a Vendor, and does not process or hold any payment. Every purchase is a transaction directly between you and the Vendor, and Nustall is not responsible for the Vendor's products, conduct, pricing, payment handling, shipping, or returns and refunds.1. What Nustall.com Is (and Isn't)
Nustall.com is a place for independent Vendors to host a shop and showcase their items, and for Buyers to browse and discover those shops. Nustall.com is not an online store, is not a marketplace checkout, and does not itself sell any product. Nustall does not manufacture, own, warehouse, inspect, or verify any item listed by a Vendor. Each Vendor is an independent business that Nustall has not vetted or endorsed beyond what is stated in these Guidelines.
2. How Buying Works on Nustall.com
Buying on Nustall.com generally works as follows:
- You browse Vendor shops and product listings on Nustall.com;
- If you're interested in an item, you contact the Vendor directly, such as through messaging;
- You and the Vendor discuss the item, price, availability, and any other details directly with each other;
- You and the Vendor independently agree on and complete payment, entirely outside of Nustall.com;
- The Vendor is responsible for packaging and shipping the item to you, or otherwise fulfilling the order as agreed between you.
Nustall.com is not a party to this transaction at any point after helping you discover the Vendor. Nustall does not review, approve, or facilitate the agreement you reach with a Vendor.
3. Nustall Is Not Responsible for Vendors
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nustall.com, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for:
- The quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of any product listed by a Vendor;
- The accuracy of a Vendor's product descriptions, images, or pricing;
- A Vendor's identity, conduct, communication, or business practices;
- Any payment you make to a Vendor, including fraud, non-payment, overpayment, or payment disputes of any kind;
- Shipping, delivery, delay, loss, or damage of any order, which is the Vendor's responsibility as described in Nustall's Shipping Policy;
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges, which are the Vendor's responsibility as described in Nustall's Return & Refund Policy;
- Any dispute, disagreement, or loss arising between you and a Vendor.
Nustall.com does not guarantee that any Vendor will honor an agreement, deliver an item, or respond to your messages. You deal with Vendors at your own discretion and risk.
4. Payments Are Handled Directly Between You and the Vendor
Nustall.com does not process, collect, hold, or guarantee any payment. Nustall has no visibility into, and no control over, any payment arrangement you make with a Vendor, and does not offer buyer protection, escrow, or refund guarantees of any kind. If you send payment to a Vendor and the Vendor does not deliver as agreed, that is a dispute between you and the Vendor, not Nustall.
5. Safety Tips Before You Buy
Because payment and delivery happen directly between you and the Vendor, please use ordinary caution, as you would with any independent seller:
- Review the Vendor's shop, listings, and any available ratings or reviews before contacting them;
- Ask the Vendor clear questions about the item, pricing, and delivery before paying;
- Never share One-Time Passwords (OTPs), UPI PINs, banking passwords, or card details with a Vendor or anyone claiming to represent Nustall — Nustall will never ask you for these;
- Be cautious of deals that seem unusually cheap, requests for unusual payment methods, or pressure to pay quickly;
- Prefer traceable payment methods and keep a record of your communication and payment with the Vendor;
- Confirm shipping details and, where offered, ask for tracking information once an item is shipped.
6. If Something Goes Wrong With an Order
If you experience an issue with a purchase — such as a delayed, missing, damaged, or misrepresented item, or a return or refund request — you should raise it directly with the Vendor first, as the Vendor is solely responsible for resolving these issues. If you cannot reach a resolution with the Vendor, you may have recourse through the consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including the relevant District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Helpline.
7. Reporting a Vendor or Suspicious Activity
If you believe a Vendor is engaging in fraud, listing counterfeit or illegal goods, or otherwise violating Nustall's policies, please report it to Nustall support. Reporting a Vendor helps Nustall enforce its policies and may result in a warning or termination of the Vendor's account under Nustall's Vendor Terms, but Nustall's review of a report is separate from, and does not replace, resolving your own purchase directly with the Vendor or through applicable consumer protection channels.
8. Related Policies
These Buyer Guidelines should be read together with Nustall's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which contains further detail on the topics summarized here. In the event of any conflict between these Guidelines and those policies, the more specific policy controls.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
Nustall reserves the right to update or modify these Buyer Guidelines at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nustall.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
10. Contact Us
For questions about these Buyer Guidelines, or to report a Vendor or suspicious activity, please contact support@nustall.com or reach us through the contact page on our website.

3. No Liability for Nustall.com
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nustall.com, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from or related to:
- Late, delayed, or missed delivery of any order;
- Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or misplaced packages;
- Damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items resulting from shipment;
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer;
- Customs delays, duties, taxes, or restrictions on international shipments;
- Actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of any shipping carrier;
- Actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of any Vendor related to shipping;
- Any other issue, dispute, or damage arising from the shipping or delivery process.
Nustall.com acts solely as a platform that facilitates the connection between Vendors and Customers and, where applicable, payment processing. Nustall.com is not a party to the shipping arrangement between the Vendor and the shipping carrier, and does not guarantee shipping times, carrier performance, or delivery outcomes of any kind.
4. Shipping Costs, Timeframes, and Carriers
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are set independently by each Vendor and are displayed on the applicable product listing or at checkout. These figures are estimates only and are provided by the Vendor; Nustall.com does not calculate, verify, or guarantee shipping costs or delivery windows on behalf of any Vendor. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside of anyone's control.
5. Shipping Scope and Domestic Delivery
Nustall.com is intended for use by Vendors and Customers located in India, and products listed on the platform are generally expected to be shipped within India. Nustall.com does not facilitate, arrange, or guarantee international shipping. If a Vendor independently chooses to ship an order outside India, that Vendor is solely responsible for complying with all applicable export regulations, customs requirements, and destination-country import laws, and for any duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees arising from that shipment. Nustall.com is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by any government or customs authority in connection with such shipments.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped by a Vendor and handed off to a shipping carrier, that carrier is solely responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the package. Nustall.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, packages once they are in the custody of a shipping carrier. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be directed to the Vendor and/or the shipping carrier used for the order.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any shipping-related dispute between a Customer and a Vendor that cannot be resolved directly may be raised through the applicable consumer grievance or dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including the relevant District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Helpline. Nustall.com's role in any such proceeding is limited to that of a discovery platform and does not extend to assuming the Vendor's or carrier's shipping obligations.
8. Changes to This Policy
Nustall.com reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nustall.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

How returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled between buyers and vendors.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Nustall.com ("Nustall," "the Website," "we," "us," or "our") is an online discovery platform intended for use by Vendors and Customers located in India, that helps buyers find and discover independent third-party sellers ("Vendors," "Sellers," or "Merchants"). This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for items found through Nustall.com and, most importantly, clarifies who is responsible for handling returns, refunds, and any related issues.
By purchasing an item found through Nustall.com, you acknowledge and agree that Nustall.com is a discovery platform only. Nustall does not manufacture, sell, hold, or refund any products directly, and Nustall is not responsible or liable for returns, refunds, exchanges, or any related dispute. All returns and refunds are handled solely by the Vendor in accordance with that Vendor's own stated policy.1. Vendors Set Their Own Return and Refund Terms
Each Vendor on Nustall.com is an independent business and is solely responsible for setting, publishing, and honoring their own return and refund policy for the products they sell. Return windows, restocking fees, condition requirements, refund methods, and exchange options may vary significantly from Vendor to Vendor.
Before completing a purchase, Customers are strongly encouraged to review the specific Vendor's return and refund terms, typically found on the Vendor's storefront or product listing. If a Vendor has not published a specific policy, reasonable industry-standard practices should be discussed directly with that Vendor.
2. Vendor Responsibility for Returns and Refunds
Each Vendor on Nustall.com is solely and fully responsible for:
- Publishing clear and accurate return and refund terms for their products;
- Accepting, processing, and responding to return or refund requests;
- Determining eligibility for a return, exchange, or refund;
- Issuing any approved refund to the Customer's original payment method;
- Covering or specifying who covers return shipping costs, where applicable;
- Handling defective, damaged, or misrepresented item claims;
- Resolving disputes directly with the Customer regarding a return or refund;
- Complying with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Nustall.com does not process, approve, deny, or issue refunds on behalf of any Vendor, and does not hold or manage funds related to returns or refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific payment feature.
3. No Liability for Nustall.com
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nustall.com, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or claim arising from or related to:
- A Vendor's refusal or failure to accept a return;
- A Vendor's refusal or failure to issue a refund or exchange;
- Delays in processing a return or refund by a Vendor;
- Disputes over the condition, description, or authenticity of an item;
- Return shipping costs, delays, or lost return shipments;
- Any disagreement between a Customer and a Vendor regarding eligibility for a return or refund;
- Any other issue, dispute, or damage arising from the return or refund process.
Nustall.com acts solely as a platform that helps Customers discover Vendors and is not a party to the transaction, sale, return, or refund agreement between a Vendor and a Customer. Nustall.com does not guarantee that any return or refund request will be accepted or honored by a Vendor.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Misrepresented Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its listing description, the Customer should contact the Vendor directly, as soon as possible, with photos and details of the issue. The Vendor is responsible for determining an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or partial refund, in accordance with that Vendor's policy and applicable law. Nustall.com is not responsible for verifying, mediating, or guaranteeing the outcome of such claims.
5. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
Some Vendors may designate certain items as final sale, non-returnable, or otherwise excluded from standard return terms, such as perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, digital products, or items marked as clearance. These exclusions, if any, will typically be noted on the product listing by the Vendor. Nustall.com does not set or enforce these exclusions and is not responsible for a Vendor's designation of an item as non-returnable.
6. Payment Processor and Chargeback Disputes
If a Customer and Vendor are unable to resolve a return or refund dispute directly, the Customer may have the option to dispute the charge through their bank, card issuer, or the payment processor used at checkout, subject to that provider's own terms and timelines. Nustall.com is not responsible for the outcome of any chargeback or payment dispute and does not guarantee reimbursement in connection with such disputes.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any return or refund dispute between a Customer and a Vendor that cannot be resolved directly may be raised through the applicable consumer grievance or dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including the relevant District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Helpline. Nustall.com's role in any such proceeding is limited to that of a discovery platform and does not extend to assuming the Vendor's return or refund obligations.
8. Changes to This Policy
Nustall.com reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nustall.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

5. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Vendor Content, Store Names, and Promotional Use
When a Vendor lists products or creates a storefront on Nustall.com, the Vendor submits certain content, which may include product photos, product descriptions, store names, logos, brand marks, and related promotional materials (collectively, "Vendor Content").
By submitting Vendor Content to Nustall.com, each Vendor grants Nustall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt Vendor Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, advertising, and promoting Nustall.com, its Vendors, and the products listed on the platform. This license extends to both online and offline advertising and promotional channels, including on-site placements, email and social media marketing, search and third-party digital advertising, print materials, outdoor and out-of-home advertising, and physical promotional events. The complete list of covered channels is set out in Nustall's Terms & Conditions, which governs this license in full.
This use of Vendor Content may occur without prior notice to the Vendor. Nustall.com is not obligated to notify a Vendor in advance of, or to obtain additional approval for, each specific instance in which Vendor Content is used for these purposes. Vendors retain ownership of their Vendor Content; this section describes a license granted to Nustall, not a transfer of ownership.
Vendors who do not wish to grant this license should not submit content to Nustall.com, as acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Nustall's Terms & Conditions constitutes agreement to these terms as a condition of listing products on the platform.
Note: the full, authoritative terms of this license — including the complete list of online and offline channels it covers — are set out in Section 7 of Nustall's Terms & Conditions. This Privacy Policy summarizes that license; in the event of any conflict between this summary and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.

Nustall.com is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, as required under applicable Indian law. If you believe a child has created an account or provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, which may include deleting the relevant account and information.
